Diverse Courses Catering to Varied Aspirations: KAP Institute of Design brings forth a unique blend of expertise and passion, offering a one-year diploma course in Interior and Fashion Designing tailored for 10th pass students and housewives. The curriculum is meticulously designed to empower individuals who wish to work from home and earn, providing them with the essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the dynamic world of design. For those with a 12th-grade qualification, the institute provides an extensive 3-year BSc program in both Interior and Fashion Designing.

I am Karthik Gopalakrishnan, an Architectural Designer, Builder, Developer, and Entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the construction and interior design industry. Throughout my career, I have successfully developed and delivered a wide range of projects, including commercial complexes, residential apartments, luxury villas, and commercial and residential interior spaces. As the Founder & Chairman of KAP Institute of Design, affiliated with Alagappa University, I am passionate about mentoring and educating future design professionals. I also serve as the CEO of KAP Kaleidoscope Decorative Materials, a successful decorative materials and export-import enterprise. Coming from a family with a four-generation legacy in diamond jewelry manufacturing, I have inherited strong values of craftsmanship, precision, and excellence. My commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainable development continues to drive my vision for creating inspiring spaces and contributing to the future of the construction industry.

Registered COA Architect ,19+years of experience in Designing and execution of buildings ,Visiting Faculty & interior Designer Cofounder of KAP INSTITUTE OF DESIGN and Managing Partner KAP KALEIDOSCOPE DECORATIVE MATERIALS, Chennai. With a strong passion for both design and project management, I specialize in the planning and execution of commercial and residential projects—covering both civil and interior design. My love for teaching played a significant role in laying the foundation of this institute, where we aim to nurture and empower young minds in the field of interior design.
